Tatum Harrison

Tatum Harrison (also known as Tatum Temia) is an entrepreneur, mentor, host, and speaker. At 23 years old Tatum turned her history of low self-esteem and troublesome behavior into a business centered around being for others, who she needed in those critical moments in her life. At 24, she launched The Queen Academy, a mentoring program for teen girls in the Washington, DC. area. Tatum has since expanded The Queen Academy into a personal development company that serves both women and girls. After realizing that many women today didn't have programs such as The Queen Academy, Tatum combined her love of personal development with her knack for business and strategy to form The Queenin' Group: an organization that teaches new and aspiring entrepreneurs how to thrive in both life and business through personal development. Tatum is also the creator and co-host of The Black Girl Boss Podcast, a podcast and digital community that offers real talk, transparency, and empowerment to black women in business globally. At 25, Tatum left Corporate America to live in her purpose and help others on a full-time basis. As a thriving entrepreneur, Tatum is committed to building a legacy of success and helping others do the same.
